Early to bed and early to rise.........

Here's the thing....... if you are up early, for work or family commitments, it's hard to stay up late anyway! It's a long day otherwise and you would be worn out. Having a good morning routine sets up my day perfectly, and it's been the same for most of my adult life, because of my dogs! Dogs need to go out for an early walk, and mine have never been the kind of dogs to want to sleep in. They are excited to start the day, keen to get on with whatever the day may bring to them. They are also immensely excited to see me, after a night's sleep, and I have to say, their enthusiasm is infectious. I'm not sure what I would be like in the morning without those furry four-leggers, but I can imagine I wouldn't be half as productive. I'm out of bed, dressed, coat on, boots on, dogs leaded up and out of the door by 6.15am!
