Excuses, excuses!

There's a reason I have a job, not everyone is self-motivated to exercise and eat the correct nutrition, some people need accountability to do it. There are even some that fail, even with that accountability, they would rather lose money on a session with me instead of working out. Those people, unfortunately are the ones that really need to exercise for their health. I have heard so many excuses from people over the years, never mind the blog, I could write a book about them. MOST of the excuses are just that, there is no valid reason behind it, they simply cannot be bothered. I find this really sad, and I hate to think how they will end up as they age, being overweight, inflexible, off balanced, hunched and taking many trips to the doctors for things that could be prevented with regular exercise and healthy eating.
