2024 in brief......

Image
This is the last blog for this year, 2024, I  having some well deserved down time from my business over Christmas, and everything that I do takes time and energy, and you don't want to be reading my boring old blogs over Christmas do you? I also recently launched a podcast, which takes even more time to prepare and get out there, I really do like to make a lot of hard work for myself don't I? Take time out in seclusion

We all need to take time out on our own in nature, even if we spend every day on our own (which I don't advise) we still need to see, smell and hear those natural sounds that will bring us back to true reality. This is what life is about, it's not about mobile phones, str...

As with my previous blog about managing stress, you need to make sure that your 'stress container' is managed every day. If something can't be resolved that day, then write a list of things that may well be on your mind when trying to sleep, leave it somewhere safe for the morning. You cannot resolve things at night, so don't stress about it,...
