IF you are reading this now, you probably read my blogs all the time, that's how it works. Rarely people only read one, unless that one blog is relevant to them.
YOU read my blogs, because they are short, most probably, and sometimes a bit funny, and because I am open and honest about all the topics I write about. You know that you will always get my true opinion, and that I have researched any facts completely before writing. That's what I do and who I am. That's why you engage with me.
RECENTLY I have launched a podcast!
SO far, only a few people have listened, and they have only listened to the intro podcast and the first one, next week I am on episode eleven. I need to work on my marketing skills to increase my fan base but I don't know how, or even if it's that important? I see the podcast as a similar thing to my blog, someone may listen, just as someone may read. But I don't know who does, or how it impacts their life unless they give me feedback and tell me. I get this feedback from a couple of my blog readers and I would like to thank you now for that, it means I have done something meaningful to help you. That's what it's about.
THE same goes for my podcast, if one person listens to something that helps them, then I have done my job properly. I would like to help more people though, and I thought that maybe you, my blog readers can help me, because I would like to know why you read this, what brings you to it every week? What are you looking for? It could help me a lot with putting my podcast out there, because I talk about similar things to what I write about, what I am doing wrong? Or should I just be patient because it's early days?

TODAY is more of a musing about how I conduct my business, but it's good to have an insight, right? To know the inner workings of Total Mind and Body Wellness? I am always trying new things, new ways to engage, and new ways of encouraging people to live a more healthy lifestyle than they do already. I would like to inspire health and fitness in all people, but I realise that I have my work cut out with that one. BUT, I TRY! And that's all you can ever do isn't it?
